1. General Provisions
These Terms of Use govern the use of the website www.asistour.eu and the online booking system operated by Asistour s.r.o.
The system is primarily intended for professional partners of Asistour, including travel agencies, tour operators and other B2B partners.
Access to the booking functions is provided only to registered and approved partners.
2. Booking of Services
Through the Asistour booking system, a partner may book hotel and spa services, transfers, excursions and other travel-related services.
The partner is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered during the booking process, including guest details, travel dates and selected services.
A booking is considered created once it has been submitted through the system. Depending on the selected offer, a booking may be confirmed automatically or may require additional confirmation.
3. Prices and Conditions of a Specific Offer
The price, included services, meal plan, room category, payment conditions and other parameters are displayed directly in the specific offer during the booking process.
Conditions may differ not only between different hotels and suppliers, but also between different rates offered by the same hotel.
The partner is required to review the conditions of the selected offer before confirming the booking.
4. Cancellation and Amendment Conditions
Each offer may be subject to its own individual cancellation and amendment conditions.
These conditions are determined by the relevant service provider and/or depend on the selected rate.
For example, one rate may allow free cancellation until a specified date, while another rate at the same hotel may be non-refundable.
The cancellation conditions applicable to a specific booking are displayed in the system before the booking is confirmed and form an integral part of that booking.
In the event of cancellation, the conditions specified for the selected rate and the specific booking shall apply.
5. Payment
Available payment methods and payment deadlines are specified in the system for the relevant booking.
Payment may be made by bank transfer, payment card or another available payment method.
If a payment service fee applies to a card payment, the amount of such fee is displayed before the payment is completed.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed in accordance with the cancellation conditions applicable to the specific booking.
If the applicable rate conditions entitle the partner to a full or partial refund, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the applicable payment method.
No refund is provided for non-refundable rates or where a 100% cancellation fee applies.
7. Third-Party Services
Asistour arranges and sells travel services provided by hotels, spa facilities, transport companies and other service providers.
The characteristics of individual services and any special supplier conditions are stated in the relevant offer or booking.
8. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.
The partner is responsible for providing accurate information and for ensuring that it has the necessary legal basis to provide Asistour with the personal data of travellers on whose behalf the booking is made.
9. User Responsibility
The user is required to:
- use the system only for lawful purposes;
- provide accurate and truthful information;
- keep account access details confidential;
- review the booking details and applicable conditions before confirming the booking.
10. Final Provisions
By confirming a booking, the partner confirms that it has read and accepted these Terms of Use as well as the conditions applicable to the specific selected offer.
In the event of any conflict between these general Terms of Use and the specific conditions of a particular rate or booking with regard to price, payment, amendments or cancellation, the conditions of the specific booking shall prevail.
Asistour s.r.o. reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use. The current version is always published on the website.
