The Falkensteiner Spa Resort consists of 4 interconnected buildings and is located 850 meters from the main spa colonnade with therapeutic drinking mineral springs. A major renovation took place in 2021.

Treatment:
The therapeutic base of the sanatorium allows for the treatment of kidney and urinary tract diseases, gastrointestinal tract and metabolic disorders, musculoskeletal apparatus.
Hotel Falkensteiner Spa Resort has one of the largest and most modern treatment centers in the resort. The hotel building is equipped with mineral water from its own spring "Alexandra" for drinking therapeutic course and for some water procedures.
Guests are offered a wide range of procedures, including:
