Attention! At the moment, municipal services are repairing the mineral pipeline; water is temporarily not supplied to the hotel. Mineral water for procedures is regularly delivered, procedures are carried out, the mineral pool is open from Friday to Sunday, on other days - when there is enough water.

• During the Christmas holidays from 22.12 - 27.12 complex treatment is reduced by 5 procedures
• During Christmas tours from 27.12-02.01 complex treatment is reduced by 3 procedures
• During the period from 22.12 - 02.01 the laboratory will not be available, therefore laboratory tests will not be included in the price

Medical examinations and the operation time of the swimming pool and wellness center during the Christmas holidays:

• The last possible medical examination berfore Christmas will be 19.12.
• The first possible medical examination will be on 27.12.

Operation time of the pool and wellness center: 

• 24.12. – until 03:00 p.m.
• 31.12. – until 03:00 p.m.
• 01.01. – from 12:00 p.m. 

In use: swimming pool, Kneipp path, entire wellness center (Finnish sauna for men and women, joint herbal sauna, infrared bench, ice well, emotional shower, common salt tepidarium).

• Opening hours 8:30-12:00 and 13:00-21:30
• Closed: steam sauna, jacuzzi, mineral pool

The Richmond Hotel has over 170 years of history and is located in a quiet neighborhood of Karlovy Vary, on the banks of the Teplá River, surrounded by a stylish English park. The park features an original Japanese rock garden for meditation, and a beautiful pavilion with its own spring called «Štěpanka». The distance to the colonnades with drinking thermal springs is - Geysernaya - 1400 meters, Melnichnaya - 1700 meters and Sadovaya - 2100 meters.
Treatment:
The therapeutic base allows treatment of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, endocrine system, nutritional disorders and metabolic disorders, as well as musculoskeletal apparatus.
All medical and recovery procedures are carried out in the treatment center of the hotel.
