The sanatorium is connected by a covered passage with the sanatoriums Nove Lazne, Centralni Lazne and Hvezda, forming a single complex. Treatments are carried out both in the Maria Spa treatment complex and in the treatment center of the Centralni Lazne sanatorium.

• Swimming pool: 8x18m, in the sanatorium Hvezda (covered passage): daily 07:00-21:00 (Mon-Fri gymnastics in the pool 10:30-11:00).
• Swimming pools in Nove Lazne: daily from 07:00-21:00.
• Sauna: steam, dry with swimming trunks + dry without swimming trunks, tepidarium - Mon-Fri: 12:00-21:00, Sat-Fri 09:00-21:00.
• 4 saunas in Nove Lazne sanatorium: 2 dry saunas (with swimming trunks and without swimming trunks) steam sauna, sanarium - Mon-Fri 08:00-21:00, Sat-Fri 10:00-21:00.
• Salt Cave: Daily 08:00-20:00; 11:00-13:00 sessions for children.
