The meditation and relaxation pools, as well as the adjacent showers, will be closed for renovation of the tiling. During

 this period, access to the pool area for people with limited mobility will be temporarily unavailable. The

attraction pool, outdoor pool, therapy pool, and entire sauna area will operate without restrictions. 

From 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 14, until Wednesday, December 17, 

technical work will be carried out in the indoor attraction pool. The pool will reopen to guests on Wednesday, December 17. The outdoor pool, relaxation and meditation pools, therapeutic pool, and entire sauna area will operate as usual. 

December 17–19, 2025 The outdoor pool with attractions will be drained for maintenance and will reopen on the evening of December 19 (Friday).

During this period, all indoor pools and the sauna world will be fully available to guests.

Lotus Therme is the only 5* hotel in the resort and is located in its own large park.
The hotel is 1200 meters away from the largest thermal lake in the world, Hévíz, with a unique mineral composition, which is suitable for bathing all year round, thanks to the Mediterranean climate and warm water.
The hotel staff speaks Hungarian, German, English and Russian.

Treatment:
Treatment takes place in the hotel building, in the hotel's own balneo center. Thermal water is brought in and used for pools and treatments.
