The hotel is located on the main street of the town, not far from the spa colonnade, where the healing springs are concentrated. One of the healing springs, the Alexandra Spring, flows 50 meters away from the hotel.

Since 2015, 2 own mineral springs for hydrotherapy and drinking course are available directly at the hotel.
